• Mr. Toomey will be presenting Caveat Rector- Let the Director Beware to the Institute of Internal Auditors, Beach Cities chapter January 18, 2007.

• Mr. Toomey will be speaking to the American Institute of Architects, Los Angeles chapter on March 16, 2007. The seminar titled, Liability for Unsafe Work Practices - What to Do and When to Do It, will identify common unsafe work practices that are usually found in construction-related projects; clarify onsite supervision responsibilities for project managers; and create a better understanding of the Cal OSHA investigation process.

• Caveat Rector: Let the Director Beware was the subject of Mr. Toomey's presentation examining Directors' Liability given to the California Society of CPAs Members in Industry section.
• Employment Law Updates was the topic presented to the Institute of Internal Auditors, LA Chapter.  Mr. Toomey also gave this talk to the Orange County chapter.
